About the Carnegie Mansion Kid's Activity Guide
Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum is housed in the former home of Andrew Carnegie, built from 1899 to 1902. Public tours and existing guides about the mansion history is geared towards an adult audience, therefore this guide is designed for young visitors to learn and explore the history of the mansion through fun observational activities and imaginative prompts.
